Due to the state of emergency declared in the Republic of Crimea on June 26, 2026, and the mass cancellation of bookings, we are compelled to extend the timeframe for processing refunds for cancelled reservations to 90 working days. The Government of the Republic of Crimea has drafted proposals for support measures for the tourism industry for 2026. These proposals are currently under review by the Government of the Russian Federation; specifically, a mechanism has been developed to provide subsidized loans to facilitate refunds for cancelled bookings. We ask for your understanding regarding the current situation. All funds will certainly be refunded.
